Email Tunr supportIn the app, open the menu and tap "I'm an artist" or "I run a venue," then search your name. Tap your profile, submit your proof (Instagram, website, or email), and our team reviews it — usually within 24 hours. You'll get an email when you're verified.
Listings come from venue calendars, ticketing sources, and artist posts. Email us the show name and what's wrong and we'll fix it. Always confirm with the ticket link before heading out.
Tap the ⋯ menu on any post to report it or block the user. Long-press a comment to block its author, and use the ⋯ menu inside a message thread to block a sender. Blocked users disappear from your feed, comments, messages, and notifications.
Open your profile → settings → Danger zone → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, and data. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
Email us from an address associated with your act or venue and we'll take the profile down.
